Adam Levine Is Reportedly Leaving ‘The Voice’, Gwen Stefani To Replace

New reports have just been released, announcing that Adam Levine will officially be leaving The Voice.

According to E! News, Levine has appeared on 16 season over the course of 8 years. Levine had originally been attached to the upcoming 17th season, set to join returning hosts, BLake Shelton, John Legend and Kelly Clarkson. The decision was reportedly made by Levine himself, stating that it was time for him to move on.

The news was broken on the Today show, by host of The Voice, Carson Daly. While giving a rundown of current events in the “Pop Start” segment, Daly announced Levine’s decision to leave. He shared that Levine “will always be cherished member of The Voice family, and of course we wish him nothing but the best.”
