A man is suing the actress Brittany Snow for a car accident that happened back in 2016.

Jose Erazo Gomez is suing the “Pitch Perfect” star after he says he was rear-ended at a high rate of speed back in July 2016. Gomez says Snow’s failure to stop caused him catastrophic injuries.

According to TMZ, Gomez says the other driver’s failure to stop caused him catastrophic injuries. He says he suffered shock and injury to his nervous system, including disc tear in his neck.

Although Brittany was behind the wheel, Jose is suing her mom, Cindy, as well for unspecified damages.
