24 Hour Fitness Closing Some Sac area Locations

“If it were not for COVID-19 and its devastating effects, we would not be filing for Chapter 11. With that said, we intend to use the process to strengthen the future of 24 Hour Fitness for our team and club members, as well as our stakeholders,” said CEO Tony Ueber in a statement.
24 Hour Fitness is based in San Ramon. It said it was permanently closing 100 locations nationwide. In California, 42 locations are closing.
Sacramento-region locations of 24-Hour Fitness closures:
- Carmichael, Arden Way.
- Stockton, Ben Holt.
- Manteca, North Main Street.
- Fairfield, Solano Mall.
