According to a new study, eating ultra-processed food puts you at a higher risk of getting cancer.

So, what’s considered ultra-processed? Chicken nuggets, cake, soda, bread, potato chips, candy bars, meatballs, instant noodles, frozen meals and processed meat. For every 10 percent increase in the consumption of ultra-processed food, you’re risk of cancer goes up 12 percent. Might be time to give kale another look.
