A 595-square-foot home in Southern California is on the market for almost $1 million dollars!
The 1 bedroom/1 bath cottage is located in Laguna Beach. As the Orange County Register reports, the home was initially listed for $1.15 million last year and dropped to $998,900 this month. The tiny home was built in 1941 and is only about five blocks from the ocean. And, while the home is in a prime location, the listing agent says it’s not likely the buyer would be able to tear it down and rebuild because of code changes in the city.
