There’s trick to taking the calorie count down a notch

Starbuck’s Pumpkin Spice Latte is easily one of the most popular seasonal products out there. But how healthy is a PSL?

Consumer Affairs discovered to burn off all the calories in a Venti PSL you’d have to do jog 4.5 miles or walk 102 flights of stairs.

To take the calorie count down a notch, Leaf Rakers Society, a PSL support group on Facebook, emailed a Starbuck’s representative. It turns out, if you order an Americano with pumpkin sauce, whipped cream and pumpkin topping, you’ll end up with a lower-calorie PSL.

Basically, hold the milk.
