It seems like Paul Simon may be the next to announce his retirement from touring this year.
Barclaycard British Summer Time Festival announced that the headliner on July 15 is Paul Simon’s “Farewell Performance.” So far, this is the only show Simon has scheduled for this year.

Billboard reached out to Simon to see if this is his final show ever. It may be that this show will just be his last in Britain. There’s no confirmation as of yet.
If this marks Simon’s final show, then he’s joining Elton John and Neil Diamond in retirement from touring.
Hopefully, Simon will come back for some final shows in America if he does have his sights on quitting the road this year.
