Blac Chyna just got a major blow against her in her legal battle against the Kardashians.
According to TMZ, during a Thurdsay court hearing, the judge agreed to dismiss the reality star’s lawsuit against Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner.
The judge also gave responses to the claims Chyna made in her suit. For instance, she alleges that the Kardashians tried to paint her as a bad mother, causing E! to drop the show. While the judge did admit he had never seen her show, he was confident being a bad mother is not a red flag for the network.
He also dismissed the claim that the family tried to interfere with Chyna’s E! contract. As it turns out, she was only in negotiations and therefore did not have an enforceable contract.
While this is all great for the Kardashians, Blac Chyna did score one small victory. The judge will allow her to make a new case against the women, assuming she finds more supportive evidence.
Also, her lawsuit against ex-fiance Rob Kardashian is still ongoing. She is maintaining that he’s the one preventing the show from going forward, while he claims her restraining order against him makes filming the show literally impossible.
