A mere two month since his death, Anthony Bourdain’s New York City apartment is reportedly available for rent.

The Manhattan condo is located on the 64th floor of the Time Warner Center. The complex across from hustle and bustle of Columbus Circle on the southwest corner of Central Park.

The 2 bedroom, two bath apartment that Bourdain called home when not traveling around the globe is listed for $14,200 per month.

The 1,283-square-foot two bedroom, two bathroom apartment also offers an updated kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows, and breathtaking views of the Hudson River. Listed by Douglas Elliman Real Estate, the building is plush: full-time doormen, health club, spa, screening room and sundeck.

According to People, the celebrity chef also owned a condo with ex-wife Ottavia Busia.

“I own an apartment with a mortgage that my ex-wife and my daughter live in, and I’m a renter. I should always be a renter,” Bourdain told PEOPLE in February. “I regret buying that apartment. The bank owns it, and then you’re stuck with it.”
