IHOP is getting ready to change its name. After 60 years of being the International House of Pancakes, the chain is literally flipping one of the letters in its name.

IHOP tweeted yesterday that it will soon flip the “P” in its name to a “B.” BUT…they’re not telling us what the “B” in IHOb will stand for until Monday, June 11.  A company spokesperson confirmed with the New York Post that tweet was indeed serious.

Until then, we’ll just have to guess. On Twitter them most popular guess has been breakfast, but guesses range from bacon to biscuits and burgers and brunch.

The move is likely part of some restructuring withing the company. IHOP’s parent company announced earlier this year it would be closing as many as 40 restaurants and opening as many as 75 more.
