Iconic Brady Bunch House In Studio City Hits The Market After 50 Years

After nearly 50 years, that iconic Brady Bunch home in Studio City is for sale. The three-bedroom, two-bath home that was used for exterior shots during filming of the show from 1969-1974 has been well-maintained and still has a 1970s feel inside. So how much is it listed for? $1.885 million, which is a nice profit for the owners who bought the home in 1973, for $61,000. The real estate agent is expecting a flood interest and will only be showing the property by appointment to keep away the looky-lou’s. And, since the home sits on a 12,500 foot lot, they also want to make sure the buyer doesn’t want to tear it down and rebuild.
