‘Grinch Bots’ Driving Up Toy Prices

Can’t find that Christmas toy your kids wants more than anything? Blame the Grinch Bots.

This is totally messed up…

Those hackers that grab up all the concert tickets and then sell them on the secondary market at a big markup are now gobbeling up the most popular Christmas Toys.

“Grinch Bots” scour online retailers and automatically buy up the hot toys of the season.

According the Business Insider, they then sell the toys on third-party sites like Amazon and eBay with a hefty price increase.

As demand goes up, so do the prices.

Not cool.
