Fran Drescher Hinting ‘The Nanny’ Could Be Coming Back To TV

This might just go to show there are no original ideas left in Hollywood

This might just go to show there are no original ideas left in Hollywood. Fran Drescher is hinting at a possible “The Nanny” revival.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, she said, “Our [revival] would be the same characters 20 years later.  We can’t just pick up where we left off.  But in a way, that could be really good, because the show can have a whole fresh bend to it.” 

Hypothetically, of course.
