Dolly Parton hit a milestone with her nonprofit, Imagination Library, and donated 100 million books to families in need.

Imagination Library donates books to kids once a month from birth to kindergarten. According to Billboard, the organization hit 100 million Tuesday, Feb. 27. Dolly created her nonprofit in dedication of her dad, who never learned to read or write. She started donating books in 1986 and hasn’t stopped since.

Dolly said at the Library of Congress on Tuesday:

“I never thought about being the book lady, but that just goes to show you, you can’t judge a book by its cover.”

Congratulations, Dolly!
