Dan Stevens, who portrayed Matthew Crawley on the British drama Downton Abbey has the internet buzzing today.

You see, his character was killed off on the TV series, but then the actor posted a photo from the set of the movie…we all want to know WHY!?

Hello Magazine reports, “after sharing a sweet picture with former co-stars Michelle Dockery and Allen Leech. The 35-year-old, who played Matthew Crawley in the beloved period drama, joked about his character making an appearance in the highly-anticipated Downton Abbey movie. Alongside the reunion snap, he teased: “Should Matthew have a mustache for the #DowntonAbbeyMovie…? Vote below…”
