Would YOU rather work a 4-day work week? Well, a company in New Zealand just did a two month test where it allowed its employees to work a four-day work week and it apparently had HUGE benefits. The company, Perpetual Guardian, allowed all of its employees to work 4 days a week – 32 hours a week, instead of 40 — but paid them for five days. The result? They say their employees were more punctual, creative and productive as well as happier and less stressed. Perpetual Guardian was so happy with the results, they’re making the changes permanent.
