Doing This Can Make You More Motivated To Work Out

Do you find you have a hard time getting motivated to work out? Do it in a group. A new study finds people who have a hard time sticking to an exercise routine had more success when they exercised with other people. The research, which focused on walking as exercise, found that walking with a regular group not only improved a person’s likelihood of sticking to the activity, but it also improved the participant’s quality of life.
