Bill Hader and his ex-wife, Maggie Carey, have settled their divorce. The two first filed their divorce papers in December.

Bill Hader and his ex-wife, writer and director Maggie Carey, settled their divorce.

The two first filed for divorce back in December due to irreconcilable differences. The two filed the settlement documents last week. Although the papers don’t reveal much, the Blast reports that the breakup appears amicable based on the initial filings.

The divorce papers note that Bill sought joint physical and legal custody of the couple’s three kids. They have three girls, Hannah, 8, Harper, 5, and Hayley, 3. Bill also agreed to pay spousal support to Maggie.

The two will be legally single by June 23, 2018.
