Adam Levine is spreading the love. This week he’s selling his pal John Mayer his old mansion in Beverly Crest for $13.5 million.

The house, according to the Los Angeles Times, is set on 3.6 acres. The features include a swimming pool, lighted basketball court, two-car garage with hydraulic lift, a great room, media room, den, gym and even a card room.

Adam bought the house in 2012 for just under $5 million and originally had it listed for $16 million. He’s unloading the house to move into a $34 million mansion in Beverly Hill once owned by Pete Sampras. The new home has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms and a detached guest house.

That should be plenty of room for his growing family with Behati Prinsloo. So far they have two little girls, Dusty Rose, 17 months, and Gio Grace, born last month, but have said they’d love to have a bunch of kids.

Earlier this year, Adam sold another home in Holmby Hills, outside of Los Angeles, for $18 million after owning if for only a few months.
