Forget walking desks and napping pods! What employees want most in their office is natural light and a view of the outdoors. A new survey finds a majority of us want those two things more than anything else, beating out on-site cafeterias, fitness centers, and even on-site childcare. WHAT?! Really? We have zero natural light and I’d gladly take on-site child care and a fitness center over getting it! You?

The survey also found that the absence of natural light and outdoor views can negatively affect employees. Yikes! May be time to add some windows!
